Fulfillment Pricing
Storage Fees. IPS shall invoice CLIENT for Storage fees weekly and based on iFullfillandShip guidelines for free storage.. CLIENT’S product storage will be based on rotating in/out of the warehouse on a 90-day cycle, NO storage fees will be assessed unless additional space is required.
IPS shall charge Client $5 (five dollars) per Standard ‘A’ pallet (40” X 48” X 52”) per calendar week. Guidelines are on https://ifulfillandship.com/pricing-page/
Amazon storage fees are listed below.
Warehouse Removal Fees. In the event CLIENT requests inventory shipped to CLIENT or to a third party, IPS shall charge CLIENT $.35 (thirty-five cents) per unit plus shipping.
Systems Integration/Setup Fees:
IPS may charge CLIENT systems integration fees for web portals or any automation requested by CLIENT. These shall be charged on a case-by-case basis. The fees charged will depend on the depth and scope of the integration and will be mutually agreed upon prior to IPS commencing work on such.

Returns. IPS shall charge CLIENT for each return, based on the contractual tier. Large items may require additional fees Guideline on https://ifulfillandship.com/pricing-page/
Pick/Pack and Materials Fees:
In general, for CLIENT’S inventory that is pre-packed such that IPS is ONLY required to put a shipping label on the shipment packaging, IPS shall charge CLIENT as according to the contractual tier on https://ifulfillandship.com/pricing-page/

FBA Pricing
Fulfillment by Amazon Preparation. Inventory must be delivered in a usable manner. IPS will provide suffocation bags as applicable for items and ship to Amazon warehouse. The Client must provide ASIN’s to be placed on each package within two weeks of delivery to our warehouse. After two weeks, storage are $.50 per item per week. The client will provide the shipping plan and shipping label, unless Client wishes for IPS to ship and bill shipping with their regular bill.
